124 x .20 = 24.8
124 - 24.8 = 99.2 (if rounded, then = 100)

First covert 0.2 into a decimal
Next multiply 124*0.2=24.8
Now subtract 124-24.8=99.2
Now round the answer to 99
He had about 99 strike outs this year
