($9+$6)•4•1/4=$15 that is my answer I think it is right.

Assuming y is the price each person pays and each person gets and appetizer and a main dish...
y = ($9 + $6) × 4 people × 1/4
y = ($15) × 4 × 1/4
y = $60 × 1/4
y = $15 each
