Answer: B. 10x+44

Explanation: distribute the 3 through the first set of parenthesis and the -8 through the second parentheses to get 18x-12-8x+56. Afterwards collect like terms with 18x-8x and -12+56 to get 10x+44. Hope that helps! Have a good day :))
