We have

\mleft((2)/(3)*(2)/(3)*(2)/(3)\mright)+\mleft((1)/(9)*(1)/(9)\mright)*\mleft(8-2\mright)

First we have to solve the operations inside the parentheses

((8)/(27))+((1)/(81))(6)

then we solve the multiplication

\begin{gathered} ((8)/(27))+((6)/(81)) \\ \end{gathered}

we need to have the same denominator in order to sum fractions

((8*81)+(6*27))/(27*81)=(648+162)/(2187)=(810)/(2187)=(10)/(27)

the expression simplified is 10/27
