to figure this out, you have to plug in the point and see if it equals 6

(-4,5)
-4 is the x value so that replaces x, and 5 is the y value so that replaces y
2x+2y=6
2(-4)+2(5)=6
-8+10=6
2=6 ❌
this is not true, therefore A. is not the answer

(6,-3)
2x+2y=6
2(6)+2(-3)=6
12+-6=6
6=6 ✔
this is true so B. is the correct answer

The correct answer is B.

hope this helps!!
