4n = 2n + 4

Solve for n.

Subtract 2n from both sides.

2n = 4

Divide 2 on both sides.

n = 2

4x = 2x + 4 <== ur equation
4x - 2x = 4
2x = 4
x = 4/2
x = 2 <== ur number
