You are a police officer at a crime scene. you find a 9mm spent cartridge on the floor near the back door in the kitchen. to emphasize perspective, how should this item be photographed

The first picture have to be taken at close range, and the second have to be taken from no less than 6 feet away. Changing your perspective is a photographer’s great gain.  The photographer, though, can offer us a child’s eye view of an act, a bird’s eye sight, or even a vantage point that is accurately unique to the camera, as the human eye cannot actually touch the location.
