Which sentence illustrates the commutative property of addition?

The answer is: x+y+z= y+x+z. When using commutative property, the sum cannot be changed. Let's plug in our own numbers.

7+8+9=24 so 8+7+9 also equals 24. commutative property is just switching the order that the numbers appear in but in the end, still equals the same thing
