The slope is 5/6
y-4=5/6(x-2)
y-4=5/6x-5/3
y=5/6x+7/3
The equation of line in point-slope
is y - 4 = 5/6(x - 2)
The equation of the line in slope-intercept is y = 5/6x + 7/3
