We know that:

$\sqrt[a]{x^b}=x^{(b)/(a)}

so:

1)

$(\sqrt[3]{t^4})\cdot(t^{(-1)/(2)})=(t^{(4)/(3)})\cdot(t^{(-1)/(2)})= t^{(4)/(3)+(-1)/(2)}=t^{(8)/(6)+(-3)/(6)}=t^{(8-3)/(6)}=\boxed{t^{(5)/(6)}=\sqrt[6]{t^5}}

2)

x^{-(2)/(5)}=\frac{1}{x^{(2)/(5)}}=\boxed{\frac{1}{\sqrt[5]{x^2}}}

Answer 4)
