reading about this i noticed quite a few problems first off the team needs to all work together and have shared goals they need to come up with a goal they all want to work on together and all meet such as they all want to improve and win more games. second problem is Chrissy needs to understand roles and boundaries her role is a teammate meaning she doesn't need to have the most goals as she isn't the only one on the team they all need to get a fair share of playing and scoring. the team also doesn't have a healthy conflict as they are all talking about each other behind their backs which is toxic and should be taken care of to where the team can all get along and work together.
