Answer: B.

A dangling modifier occurs when the subject that would need to be described is not present in the sentence, this is an error. The way the sentence is written implies incorrectly that the diet was tempted by the delicious-looking chocolate. But the correct is that someone was tempted and let the diet go out of the window, as shown is option B.
