(x^(2)+2xy-3x-6y)/(-2x^(2)+2y^(2)-3xy)

top:
x^2+2xy-3x-6y
= x(x+2y) - 3(x+2y)
= (x+2y)(x-3)

bottom:
-2x^2+ 2y^2 -3xy
= -2x^2 - 3xy + 2y^2
= (-2x +y)(x +2y)

so
(x^(2)+2xy-3x-6y)/(-2x^(2)+2y^(2)-3xy)
= [
(x+2y)(x-3)] / [(-2x +y)(x +2y)]
= (x - 3) / (-2x + y)

answer

x - 3
------------
- 2x + y
