A) 8^(-2) = 0.015625

make the -2 positive and make the 8 a denominator with 1 as a numerator

= 1/8^2

B) 1/3^(-3) = 27
= 3^3 = 27

C) 6^(-12) * 6^8 * 6^0 = -12+8 = -4 = 6^-4

same as A turn the 4 into a positive and put 6 in a fraction

= 1/6^4
