if you subtract a negative 5 and a negative 6, you get a bigger negative number that's -11, which in some ways, is a greater negative number.

But if you meant it to which would be bigger.. -11 ? 11

Would a -11 be bigger than a positive 11? not really.... a positive 11 is greater than -11

Any positive number is greater than a negative, so just by that it would be -11 < 11.

But yes, i guess it'd be greater? XD did this help out a little?

It can be both because if you have -7 minus -4, it will be -11 because a negative plus a negative is always negative. If you have -6 plus 4, that will be -2 because if your negative number is greater than your positive number, it will still be a negative answer.
