the formula for slope is (y2-y1) ÷ (x2-x1). it doesn't matter which y you make y2 and y1 but if you make -3 your y2 then 3 needs to be your x2.
so...
(y2-y1) ÷ (x2-x1)
(-3-0) ÷ (3-15)
-3 ÷ -12
.25 or 1/4
so your answer would be A. The slope of the line is ¼
