A tender refers to an offer to do or perform a work which the person offering is bound to perform to the party to whom the offer is made. A tender may be money or some other articles.
For instance, if A hired B to build a cabin for him starting Monday morning and on Monday morning, B come very early ready to work. That readiness to work is called tender. If A refuse to pay B after he finishes working, them B can sue him for material breach.
