The correct answer is
C) personification and metaphor

The tin can is compared to a car which is the metaphor part and personification is it having the human ability of being belly up. There's no alliteration because there's no consecutive repeat of sounds at the beginning of words, nor is it a simile because a simile requires comparison using "as something as". Hyperbole is just exaggerating.
