Thank you! Someone finally understands that you don't need meat to get protein(P.S.S I am vegan and I'm only 12)! There are many proteins in plants that are waaaaay healthier like: beans, avacadoes, chickpeas, chai seeds, etc...

There's tons of them but protein is the most common:

Vitamin B12
Iron
Calcium
Protein
Omega 3 fatty acids
Iodine
Zinc

There can be more but these are the most common ones.
