Month for month,
Apartment one costs 700$ a month or 8,400$ yearly.
Apartment two costs 640$ a month or 7,680$ yearly.
Apartment three costs 800$ a month or 9,600$ yearly.
Apartment two is the least expensive option.
Hope that helps! :)
