slope = -3
passing thru(4,3)
y = mx + b
3 = -3(4) + b
b = 15
equation
y = -3x + 15
E.
(4,5)(6,9)
slope = (9-5)/(6-4) = 4/2 = 2
passing thru (4,5)(6,9)
y = mx + b
5 = 2(4) + b
b = -3
equation
y = 2x - 3
