It will all come down to the different nutrients in the food. Always factoring what will keep you fuller longer by looking at all the ingredients in your food. Someone with a ton of fruit and vegetables are absorbing more natural sugars and even protein compared to someone who wants to eat 20 candy bars. Always take in mind what has good carbohydrates, protein, and natural sugars; these foods give more energy to the brain and body.

Some foods have more protein, fibers, and carbs than others that can give energy to people more than a food with less protein, fibers,or carbs. :)
