and

`(x^m)/(x^n)=x^(m-n)`

so

`(16x^4-24x^3+20)/(-4x)=`

`(16x^4)/(-4x)+(-24x^3)/(-4x)+(20)/(-4x)=`

`-4x^3+6x^2+(-5)/(x)=`

`-4x^3+6x^2-(5)/(x)`
