assuming ya mean

(16x^4-24x^3+20)/(-4x)
remember

(a+b)/(c)=(a)/(c)+(b)/(c)
and

(x^m)/(x^n)=x^(m-n)

so

(16x^4-24x^3+20)/(-4x)=

(16x^4)/(-4x)+(-24x^3)/(-4x)+(20)/(-4x)=

-4x^3+6x^2+(-5)/(x)=

-4x^3+6x^2-(5)/(x)
that's the best I can do
