if a doctor prescribes tablets with a strenght of 0.2 mg and 0.6 mg is ordered, how many tablets should the patient take?

You just divide the amount ordered by the strength because you're looking for how many tablets they should take in order to reach .6 mg, and each tablet is .2 mg. So, it would be three tablets. Hope I helped. :)
