(10,3) is the answer im pretty sure, because a 180* rotation would be exactly like a reflection across the y axis so it would make the point positive instead of negative

a 180 degree clockwise rotation about the origin
(x,y)→(−x,−y)
so point (-10,-3) will become
point (10,3)
