You can buy 4 tickets.

5+18=23
100/23= approx. 4.34

(you can buy 4.34 of a ticket, so you round down)

so 4 tickets is the answer

You can buy 4 tickets.
One ticket is $23 (8+5)
23 goes into 100 4 times (92)

Also that rounds to 25 (like a quarter)
A quarter goes into a dollar 4 times.
BAM! 4 times, easier way
