These are two terms, similar in base and different in powers

so what we need to is just add the powers as they are multiplied to each other


x^2* \sqrt[3]{x} =x^2*x^{ (1)/(3) }=x^{ 1+(1)/(3) }=x^{ (4)/(3) }= \sqrt[3]{x^4}

Pick the final form you like.
