x = lesser integer, x + 1 = greater integer

4(x + 1) = 3x + 18
4x + 4 = 3x + 18
4x - 3x = 18 - 4
x = 14

x + 1 = 14 + 1 = 15

ur 2 integers are 14 and 15 <==
