Why would a person’s self-esteem affect his or her health?

A)because if you don’t think highly of yourself, you won’t have many friends, and your social health will be poor

B)because low self-esteem can lead to depression and make it hard for a person to have healthy relationships with others

C)because low self-esteem comes from a bad diet, which is bad for a person’s physical and mental/emotional health

C) because when a person is depressed they what something to fill them with joy

B seems more logical, Because A and C are more based on social health and emotional health. Whereas B is based around depression which could affect your health.
