How is the hammurabi code similar to the articles of confederation?

How is the Articles of confederation different that the hammurabi code?

The Code of Hammurabi is a list of crimes and punishments for individuals subject to the Code. The Constitution is essentially a list of restrictions on government (beyond its basic definitions of government).

SIMILARITIES
-Both have an instruction for judges, police officers, and witnesses
-Both set regulations and establish wages and prices
-Both punished criminals
-Both had a certain set of right

DIFFERENCES
-US constitution allows more leniency and freedom to it's American citizens like freedom of speech and religion. The Code of Hammurabi (COH) does not.
-COH was very barbaric compared to US constitution
[e.g.) If a man kills another man's son his son shall be cut off.
-If a son slaps his father, his hand shall be cut off.] --->>> These things DO not exist in the constitution.
