How do people commonly divert the pressure from themselves

Answer: People typically look for an "out". Some meditate or try other things such as exercise to relax. Others resort to drug use or alcohol. These substances make people numb. Other people may try and divert pressure to other people, either by blaming other people or passing off responsibilities.

I think the answer is that they PUT IT OFF ON SOMEONE ELSE. im not sure though, do u have any answer choices? let me know if its right or not! :)
