Hadad hasn't been feeling well lately, but he can't put his finger on exactly what is wrong. He feels run down, has body aches, and even seems to be losing more hair than normal in the shower. After running some routine tests, the doctor said he doesn't see anything wrong and suggests that maybe it is caused by stress. Hadad worries that there is something physically wrong, and he doesn't feel these symptoms are stress related. What can he do

Be persistent in communicating with the doctor in multiple visits because sometimes a doctor doesn't see all the symptoms or an underlying issue in the first visit

He can keep a journal of his symptoms with the date and time he notices them appearing or becoming worse to show his doctor at his next appointment. It would also be wise to get a second or even third opinion, as even the best doctors can be wrong sometimes. If all else fails he should see a shrink, as it may all be in his head and therapy may be the best answer. Hope this helped :)
