In this case you have:

(miles)/(minute)

An hour has sixty minutes.

(60 minutes)/(1 hour)

You must multiply by this equality.

((miles)/(minute))((60 minutes)/(1 hour))=((miles)(60 minutes))/( (minute)(hour))=((miles)(60))/((hour))

You must multiply by 60 and you can convert miles per minute to miles per hour.
