Can someone help me solve this? I have no idea what property to use!

Combine Like Terms

-3(-4y+3)+7y

you have to distribute the 3 first.

-3*-4y+-3*3= 12y-9+7y then combine like terms

12y+7y= 19y-9 since this isn't an equations that's all you can do

First you distribute-3 to -4y and 3 leaving you with 12y+(-9)+7y. Now combine like terms, so your answer is 19y-9
