36 kilometers = 36,000 meters so she is travelling at 36,000 m per hour.
There are 60*60 = 3600 seconds in an hour so the cyclists speed in meters per second is:-

36,000 / 3600 = 10 meters per second.

She will travel 50 meters in 5 seconds.

1 km = 1000 m

so 36km x 1000 = 36000 meters per hour

there are 3600 seconds per hour

36000/3600 = 10 meters per second

10*5 = 50 meters in 5 seconds
