Jesus lizard or some other animals that walks and run on the surface of water, they will use the surface tension of the water by applying small force which is enough not to break the tension. So to achieve the nefarious end, we need to add a substance that would break the surface tension. These types of substances are known as Surfactants, detergents are the example of this. Or we can achieve nefarious end by using the molecules that worked by charged part attached to a non-charged part.
