Al paid 178.59 for the set

First you subtract 15% from 195 as so
195-15%=
15% of 195 is 29.25
195-29.25=165.75

Then you add 7.75%
3/4= .75
165.75+7.75%=
7.75% of 164.75 is 12.84
165.75+12.84=
178.59
