Substituting

`(16)/(sin56)=(17)/(sinB)=(c)/(sinC)\\\\sinB=0.88\\\\B=61.75^0\\\\C=180-(61.75+56)=62.25^0\\\\c=(16)/(sin56)* sin(62.25)=17.08`

So value of small c = 17.08
