What value is added to both sides of the equation x2 − 8x = −10 in order to solve by completing the square? −8 16 −4 4?

x^2 - 8x = -10 .....u would add 16 to both sides
x^2 - 8x + 16 = -10 + 16

take half of ur x term, ur x term is -8, half of it is -4, then u square it...-4^2 = 16, and that is what u add to both sides
