rate x time = distance
b = rate boat travels in still water
c = rate of the current
(b-c)4 = 216
(b+c)4 = 304
4b - 4c = 216
4b + 4c = 304
___________
8b = 520
b = 65 Km/hr
4c = 304 - 4b = 304 - 260 = 44
c = 11 Km/hr
