rational numbers because it can be put over one to be a fraction in the form of a/b, and the fractions denominator is not 0.

They both belong to rational numbers.

What makes a number rational is its ability to be represented as a ratio of two integers. -1.875 is equal to -1875/1000. They are not natural numbers or integers because they are not whole.
