No because when you plug in the coordinate (2, -3) you get 3(2)-(-3)=3 which comes to 9=3 which isn't a solution

Plug in the values and check for equality.

3(2)-(-3)=3
3(2)+3=3
6+3=3
9=3

Final answer: No
