so if x<0, then f(x)=-3x
if x=0, f(x)=4
if x>0, f(x)=x^2
so
A.
f(3)
3>0 so f(3)=3^2=9
therefor f(3)=9
true
B.
f(4)
4>0 so f(4)=4^2=16
therefor f(4)≠0
false
C.
f(2)
2>0 so f(2)=2^2=4
therfor f(2)=4
true
D.
f(1)
1>0 so f(1)=1^2=1
therefor f(1)=1
f(1)≠-3
false
so the true statements are A and C

A is true: For x > 0, f(x) = x^2, so f(3) = 3^2 = 9
B is false: For x > 0, f(x) = x^2, so f(4) = 4^2 = 16
C is true: For x > 0, f(x) = x^2, so f(2) = 2^2 = 4
D is false: For x > 0, f(x) = x^2, so f(1) = 1^2 = 1
So your answer is A and C
