The tissue that conducts the signal in the body is the nervous tissue. The nervous system is the transmits the signals to and from the different part of a person's body allowing him to coordinate his actions. The different nervous tissues conducts these signals, which are generated in response to different stimuli, and allow the body of the person to respond accordingly.

Hence, the answer is 'nervous tissue'.
