f(x)=√(x+1)

from 5-x for 3≤x≤5
so we see the ≤ for both so filled in circles
graph f(x)=5-x from x=3 to x=5
plot (3,2) and (5,0) and connect them and fill in the points/dots

that's only the 3rd graph
