The proportion of 1 legislator per district since through the uninominal system only a single candidate with the highest number of votes is elected. For each state an elected official.

What Are Districts?

Districts are geographic areas within which eligible residents vote to elect their representatives.

In single-member districts, voters elect only one candidate to represent their district, most officials, across local, state and federal level.
