65mm. = 0.065m
4.92 m. = 4920mm

There are 1000 millimeters in a meter, so to convert, move the decimal three places to the left.
1000mm= 1m
65mm= 0.065m
To convert m to mm, move the decimal three places to the right.
4.92m= 4920 mm
3mm= 0.003m
