E. You will use the following....
Y2-Y1 divided by X2-X1
then get 14-5 divided by 4-1
as a result the answer is none of the above

(1,5)(4,14)
slope = (14 - 5) / (4 - 1) = 9/3 = 3
y = mx + b
slope(m) = 3
use either of ur points...(1,5)...x = 1 and y = 5
now we sub and find b, the y int
5 = 3(1) + b
5 = 3 + b
5 - 3 = b
2 = b <=== ur y int
