Simply multiply the number outside the brackets with each one inside it..

3 [ 1 5 -5 6 0 0 ]
3 x 1 = 3
3 x 5 = 15
3 x -5 = -15
3 x 6 = 18
3 x 0 = 0
3 x 0 = 0
[ 3 15 -15 18 0 0 ]

[ 3 15 ]
[ -15 18 ]
[ 0 0]

The answer is B and I hope I explained this well for you.
