Q1 = (19 + 20)2 = 19.5
Q2 = 26
Q3 = (32 + 33)/2 = 32.5
IQR = 32.5 - 19.5 = 13
13 * 1.5 = 19.5

outliers are : 19.5 - 19.5 = 0...anything below 0
32.5 + 19.5 = 52...anything above 52

there are no outliers <====
